Difference between Click Through Percentage by Email versus Click Through Percentage by Contacts?

Hi everyone,

I’m sure there is a simple answer to explain this but I have hit a mental block. What is the difference between the Click Through Percentage by Contact and Click Through Percentage by Email? Also, any suggestions in terms of ideal paraments to measure user engagement?

A contact is a contact and an email is an email…meaning emails are separate entities and are not unique to a single contact. So you could have three contacts with the same email address. Therefor reporting by either email or contact should be taken in that context.
