Please help!

I have two form get infomation, but I submit form, i have err “Did not process request from 14.175.133.3 due to spam source”.

How to solve this problem.

Hi @Phong_Web. Infusionsoft webforms utilize spam detection, based off of major ip blacklists. I ran a search on the IP address that you have listed, and found that it showed up on a few blacklists, including Barracuda, which is one of the major lists we reference.

Unfortunately, there is not a way to solve this on our end. You will need to reach out to your internet service provider for this ip address, as they will need to apply to have this IP address delisted from the blacklist.

Ip addresses will appear on blacklist due to malicious behavior, and this may be through no fault of your own, but your internet service provider will need to apply to be delisted, as they own the IP address.
