cannot find rollback on my infusionsoft only view
Aileen @Aileen_Tejada. Infusionsoft auto-populates a date stamped tag under the category “Imported” (ie: 10/24/2017 1:58PM - See image 1 “Tags”). One way is to search your contact records by going to the green Infusionsoft icon (upper left) --> CRM -->Contacts --> Search Criteria -->Tags --> selecting “With ANY of these Tags” --> and then search for the tag that is associated with the date of your initiated import. Once submitted, all contacts will display associated with the import date selected. (See search criteria example in 2nd image “Contacts”.)
- If you want to remove all the contact and their data, once your list is populated by the search, be sure to tick the “select all box” located at the top of the list then proceed to the Actions Tab --> Delete Contacts.
- If you are looking to do a mass update to all the records associated with the import but only desire to update a particular field, once your list is populated by the search criteria, be sure to tick the “select all box” located at the top of the list select Action --> Mass Update Records
