We are integrating a process for our client where we create an order and collect credit card information, then send out documents for signature, then when the signature is received we charge for the invoice. However, this is causing problems because it appears the CVV is not being passed to the merchant, who is requiring it (Authorize.net). Is there any way we can get this process to work?
Are you using the Rest API for this and it’s failing? If so, you’ll want to file a Support Ticket so that our API Support Team can take a look and push it up the ladder for a fix if it’s a defect on our end.
