CVC code is not being asked during checkout process

Hi everyone.

We’ve just connected Stripe to our new Infusionsoft account and the issue I ran into is a CVC code not being requested during checkout.

Infusionsoft tech support says it’s on Stripe’s side (even though it doesn’t make sense as checkout process is being handled by Infusionsoft) and Stripe tech support says it’s on IS side and that they only receive data that’s being passed on to them (which makes sense). Is this a known issue? Can anyone please help me get it fixed? I need a CVC to be required on the payment information page.
