Customizing Order Form

I would like to know if there’s a way to customize order form Errors.

When a credit card was not billed or was declined, we usually get an error “2004 (2004): authorization failed on this credit card”.

Can we customize the font or make it a pop-up box,?
AND rephrase this message?

Good morning Aileen_D,

We would like to do this too and I think the only way to do it is after the page has loaded look for certain error messages and replace it using javascript. Hope this helps.
