If my understanding of what a CPS is, then I think you need to be more specific. My understanding is that a CPS is mostly a customer-business contact scheme that gets the customer to renew subscription items rather than cancel or let lapse with expired card info. Infusion Softs campaign section is pretty robust. You can design your own CPS scheme that makes your customers users, instead of just purchasers.
What specifically are you looking to do that you are pretty sure IS doesn’t do?
