Custom Order Form Field Not Populating In Customer Record

Hi there!

I followed these instructions (How to Add Additional Fields to an Keap Max Classic Order Form | Blick Digital) for how to add a custom field to a web form.

I see the field on my order form and it allows me to enter a value, however, when I submit the completed order form, I can’t find the text entered anywhere on my contact record, or in the order form itself in the customer record.

Any ideas how to fix this? :smile:
