I am in the opportunity tab and trying to assign one of our sales rep to the opportunity. When I click on the drop down it only gives me the option to place the admin in this section, what do I need to do to be able to have other people be added in the dropdown section “Currently assigned to.” ?
One of two scenarios that I can think of:
- Your user permissions don’t allow you to see/assign other users.
- You don’t have other users and you are actually attempting to assign contacts (which can’t be done)
Nathan, by default you can only assign opportunities to users who are a member of the Sales Team, or Sales Managers.
