Cue notifications to our company to send out product

Hi!
I’m working on setting up a campaign where a client fills out a form on a landing page to receive a package of free goodies from us. When they submit the form, I want an email to be sent to TWO of our company email addresses with the clients information so the package can be mailed out. Then 7 days later, I want ANOTHER email to go out to the same two email addresses reminding us to follow up with the client. What is the easiest way to do this? Is there a way to add two email addresses? I only saw the option for one.

Hi, @Joe_Miller. Infusionsoft doesn’t support cc or multiple recipients on the same email template. What you want to do is set up a campaign with two separate emails that go to each person as soon as the landing page is submitted, followed by a 7 day timer with two more emails
