Contact Form Submission Data

Inside of the app under a contact record(Tasks tab) you can see a list of “Form Submissions”. It shows the date, form name, submitted by, and referring URL. I’m wondering if there is a way to access this information through the API somehow that I am not seeing. I’m most interested in the Referring URL info if anyone know a way to pull this from somewhere else.

The api doesn’t have access to any form submissions directly but the custom fields they write to can be accessed.
