I have a plugin in Wordpress called Hustle that captures contact details. It uses the IS key and account name to create the new Contact and I then pass it to an email confirmation campaign BUT the new Contact record is created as unmarketable so the campaign fails.
i can’t see any way to automatically set the email to unconfirmed.
I don’t know anything about the plugin but either the plugin has an option for opting in the email that needs to be enabled or it doesn’t. I would imagine it would be an option in settings?
This is probably a bug on WPMUDevs end if it isn’t a clear option in Hustle. I’d just open a ticket with them and they can adjust how they push contacts to the API.
