Good morning - I’m trying to set up Stripe on Infusion Soft but it’s not working. I added the info in the payment types section (other credit card processors) but that doesn’t confirm anything and payments have failed when I sent to clients. Stripe doesn’t have a log of the transaction attempts although IS does. I’m looking again and am I right in thinking I need to add a connecting software? I saw Nexus Merchants, Automate io and Zapier as suggestions. Do I need to be signed up one of these and if so do they all work the same/have the same functionality and/or how do i decide which is the right one to use?
