I had previously been able to update products from Infusionsoft to Clickfunnels - however something changed and I am no longer able to integrate newer products on the Infusionsoft V2 app through Clickfunnels - it is only showing me older products. Has this happened to anyone else? Clickfunnels hasn’t been able to provide me an answer for a month and I’m trying to get this resolved.
The New Infusionsoft interface relies on the same data that is shown in the Classic interface; I would suggest contacting Support directly and walking through what data should be expected, but it could be an issue with how Clickfunnels is accessing the API from their side, which we wouldn’t have any visibility into.
Did you ever get this resolved? I seem to be having the same issue.
