Chat function is not working inside the system - second time that my tasks are backdating upon completion - when will the chat support function be back on line?

It is possible that some things haven’t been caught with the name change because the domains that reference them might be different now. Have you tried calling support to see if this is the case. I’m sure they’d be interested to know if that is happening.
