Many of our contacts are having their credit cards deactivated randomly, and without any notification to us. This means scheduled recurring payments never even attempt and we have no idea unless we happen upon it. We have already lost thousands due to this, and that’s just what we know of – there could be much more.
WePay claims it’s Keap’s fault, and Keap claims it’s WePay’s fault.
Is anyone else having this problem, or come across any solutions? We have no idea how to move forward when both companies claim it’s not on them.
