Anyone else experiencing issues trying to view the opportunities and search through contacts? I keep getting an error message saying “We were unable to retrieve the results you were looking for. Please try again.”
Hi Samantha, I have seen this happen due to Cache and Cookies. The first thing to do is try this through the Incognito Window http://screencast-o-matic.com/screenshots/u/1HxZ/1508511665910-65351.png OR Firefox Private Window
Open the Incognito Window and log into your app. Then go to Opportunities/Contacts. If you don’t get the same message then you know it’s due to the Cache and Cookies. Simply clear them and you are good to go.
