We use Drift for our chat function on our website. Is there a way to push the chat conversation that we have on Drift into IFS as a Task/Note?
While Zapier has a Drift integration, I don’t see anything that would place the conversation in notes. I’ve done this with a number of chat software offerings in the past, so if nothing else presents itself, having a developer create that kind of integration is another option. Someone might know of something else out there though
