We are wondering if there is a way to add an Update Credit Card link to our customer webpages? We have many customers that want to change their payment plan, but do not have direct access to do so themselves. As of now, they have to write in and ask how to update their payment information. And then we have to send them an Update Credit Card link.
There is no way to do that with the base Keap setup. If you have a membership plugin, you can do that.
The only way you can configure that right now is to set up a form they fill in to request the option to change their credit card. That form triggers a sequence where you send them a link to a $0 order form. They enter that order form for a $0 item, which records their credit card in the system, and then you need to manually assign that new credit card to their account.
