Can I search for when a tag was applied to a contact?

I have a search I need to do as to when a specific tag was applied to a contact. Is there a way to do this?

Under your Marketing —> Reports
Go to Tag Applications report
There you can input the tag you are looking for and the date ranges.
It only applies if the tag is still on the person.
