I use Calendly for clients to book various appointment types. Using the zapier integration, how can you differentiate between the event types within infusionsoft so you can attach the correct tag.
Example:
If ‘Event Type: Assessment’ is scheduled via Calendly, I want to apply 'Tag: Assessment Scheduled", which triggers a campaign.
But if 'Event Type: Demo" is scheduled via Calendly, I want to apply 'Tag: Demo Scheduled" which triggers a different campaign.
From what I can tell, I would need to create a custom field in the contact, but these tags are meant for opportunities and driving the sales pipeline, not contacts.
ALSO, I’d like to create an appointment in infusionSoft from the appointment scheduled in Calendly. I don’t see an option to create an appointment in zapier.
