I think Keap needs to now build a live chat feature for users to put on their website. They can easily include this in the Messages tab. So you can get live chat messages there, text, and connect a team inbox like sales@.
Podium.com does this, Hubspot does this. I think the best live chat out there feature rich wise is Freshchat. The UI is amazing on it too.
Keap should have a live chat feature built out for us. Very important for sales.
