So, its possible someone has an OPPORTUNITY record already.
Then, we merrily move them down to different stages. Great.
THEN … some time later… they fill out another form which then generates ANOTHER opportunity record.
This is bad, and we don’t want that as it re-starts new items/sequences, etc.
Is there a way to actively BLOCK contacts from creating multiple opportunity records?

Hi, @Jeremy_Moskowitz. When creating an opportunity in the campaign builder, there is an option to not create a new one if an active one already exists -that’s the only way it can be done.

Because when you do it manually that option doesn’t exist.
