Probably a pretty basic question - I have a client that has a large list but wants to send out a broadcast to only some of that list. I’m confused as to which search criteria I used to omit these people. Is it With Any, With All, Without Any or Without All! So confused or something else entirely?
It could be any of those.
If you want all people who have a certain tag, then use one of the ‘with’ options.
If you want someone with either of 2+ tags, use ‘with any’
If you want someone with all of the 2+ tags, use ‘with all’
If you want people who do not have any of a tag, use ‘without any’
If you want people who do not have all of 2+ tags on them, use ‘without all’
Then, since there are two tags areas, you can combine.
So if you wanted all people who are female, have opted in, but don’t want emails on Tuesday,
Choose “with all’ (female, opted in) and ‘without any/all’ (Tuesday emails)
