We have sales reps that do not have access to our Infusionsoft by Keap. But we would like to have automated weekly reports sent to them of open opportunities for contacts tagged to them. Is there a way to do that via a campaign or other means? Also, is there a way to set up automated weekly open opportunities reports for our Infusionsoft users?
We don’t use Opportunities, but you could look at the Fulfillment list feature in the Campaign builder. You may be able to pull opportunity details into that.
You can configure those to run weekly (the campaign would have to loop) and the Fulfillment lists can be sent to any email address - not just Infusionsoft users.
If you pull up the opp stage report and create a saved search from it then you can automatically send a report on a regular basis via email.
