I have companies at several separate locations. The locations have names (e.g. Northeast). How best should I build my database so I can see a company’s multiple locations?
Replying to my own question, I chatted with Support, who suggested using tags. I don’t have many companies with multiple sites, so using tags may work for me.
This may very well be the cleanest way to do this. There is the ability to create custom ‘Company’ fields that live in additional tabs of the company record, which could potentially be another idea to try…
