API connection to ASAP Connected web app

I use ASAP Connected (https://app.asapconnected.com) for my student registrations. I would use InfusionSoft, but have not found a way to have a “payer” record combined with the “student” record (e.g.: when an employer pays for the employee to attend a course).

I would like to look at connecting my InfusionSoft app to reduce a number of issues, including:

  • Pull a email campaign recipient after they register for a class
  • Stop creating duplicates when uploading a list of registrants who might be already in my InfusionSoft contacts, etc.

What do I need to do to make this happen? I’m a business owner, not a programmer…

There is no way native to Infusionsoft that you would be able to do this without an outside code solution (aka middleware) involved. As a business owner, that would be the course of action to take, which is to say, hire a developer to create the integration for you.
