Am I correct that Keap Experience won’t support connections via XMLRPC, but Classic Experience will support XMLRPC connections?
No, the backends are the same. We are actively working on turning off xmlrpc though for everything. We are working on our rest API again to bring value parity to it. I don’t have exact timelines when that will happen but we will give developer’s plenty of notice.

I’d like to provide feedback on issues of the REST api in detached environments (e.g. WordPress).
