Alerts in the CRM

Is there a way to create an alert when selecting a client form the CRM that will tell a staff member they have a balance due with the staff member have to click on orders?

You can setup reports that can be placed on their dashboard that they can then click into to see a list of contacts with balance due’s.

It might also be possible to setup a recurring campaign that repeats until orders are paid up and setups up tasks for the owner of the contacts as well.
