As a longtime user (5+ years), it’s so sad to see IS becoming so clunky and old in the capabilities of their broadcast and campaign emails!
Everyone else supports emojis in emails. (Not subject lines–emails!)
Everyone else supports adding HTML and/or embedded animated gifs.
For godsakes, Amy Porterfield has an animated gif in every email she sends. Yet 5 years later, I still can’t send one!
Why don’t you add these?
We don’t need more complicating extra services like sales/invoicing/assigning leads etc.
We need our basic emails —the ones that DRIVE ALL OUR TRAFFIC—to be kept up-to-speed and look as modern as the marketplace.
